I am currently recruiting for a commercial not for profit business looking for a Procurement manager to join they as they undergoing a significant transformation and continue to mature their approach to delivering robust, value-led procurement solutions. Their ambition is to provide best-in-class procurement services that fully support the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts and deliver measurable outcomes for the organisation.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing complex and high-value procurement activity across a broad range of hard and soft categories, supporting an annual spend in excess of £700m. The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies, drive compliance, and ensure procurement delivers value, innovation and effective risk mitigation.

They are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR)
• Experience managing complex procurement projects and programmes
• Ability to build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of commercial negotiation, contract management and supplier engagement
• Ideally MCIPS qualified or working towards MCIPS

The role will also support delivery of the businesses procurement forward plan, ensuring procurement activity is delivered in a robust, commercially effective manner aligned with organisational strategy.
