Role: Procurement Manager (M&A/transformation)

Salary: circa £80K + Bonus + Pension + Private Medical + Share Save Schemes + 30 Days Holiday

Location: Glasgow + hybrid working, with flexibility. Fulltime permanent role

Job description

What you'll be doing;

  • Supporting major strategic transactions, including M&A cost due diligence and supplier integration
  • Driving transformation through better insight, smarter reporting, and stronger financial control
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to design innovative, performance-based commercial models
  • Making sure every supplier decision stands up to regulatory, legal, and risk scrutiny
  • Leading high-impact, end-to-end strategic sourcing across key categories
  • Turning deep spend and cost analysis into clear, executive-level commercial strategies

What you bring;

  • Confidence working on M&A or large strategic change programmes, demonstrating experience in cost due diligence and supplier integration
  • Experience in supporting migration and transformation with a sharp grip on cost drivers, risk, financial modelling in a fast-paced regulated commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of third-party risk and regulated environments.
  • The ability to support migration, challenge, influence, and partner with senior leaders.
