Role: Procurement Manager (M&A/transformation)

Are you a Procurement Manager/Procurement Consultant with a background of confidently working on M&A or large strategic change/migration programmes, and influence strategy? This is a perfect opportunity for someone working in procurement Consultancy or working in a regulated organisation within M&A or transformation integration.
Job description
What you'll be doing;
- Supporting major strategic transactions, including M&A cost due diligence and supplier integration
- Driving transformation through better insight, smarter reporting, and stronger financial control
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to design innovative, performance-based commercial models
- Making sure every supplier decision stands up to regulatory, legal, and risk scrutiny
- Leading high-impact, end-to-end strategic sourcing across key categories
- Turning deep spend and cost analysis into clear, executive-level commercial strategies

What you bring;
- Confidence working on M&A or large strategic change programmes, demonstrating experience in cost due diligence and supplier integration
- Experience in supporting migration and transformation with a sharp grip on cost drivers, risk, financial modelling in a fast-paced regulated commercial environment.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of third-party risk and regulated environments.
- The ability to support migration, challenge, influence, and partner with senior leaders.
