Role: Procurement Excellence Manager

Location: Spain, full remote + 20%-40% traveling

Salary: up to €95K + attractive benefits

About the job:

You are an ambitious, humble, and passionate about Procurement with strong strategic procurement experience. Being highly commercial and analytical minded is important to this role - you'll have strong excel skills and able to understand data strategic decision making.

As Procurement Excellence Manager, you will be leading the coordination of the budgeting, including preparation work, collect & consolidate the data within the company's deadlines - and be the ''key point of contact'' for Procurement. This include verify and consolidate reporting data (actual and forecast figures) of all Procurement KPI's, financial and non-financial.

The big part of the role is optimizing procurement processes for new acquisitions and the interaction with our suppliers and drive initiatives to incorporate sustainability into the procurement processes.

Proficient English and another European language (Italian, Germain, French) would be beneficial. Strong analytical and project management skills: ability to coordinate global teams and suppliers, to identify KPIs and track the achievements.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or Business Administration
• Have at least 5 years' International Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance experience, with 3 years or more at international companies with multifunctional structures and/or a business unit organization with decentralized decision-making processes
• Very high standard of IT systems tools, at least with MS Office package (especially Excel and Ppt) - Ability to learn other tools and systems easily
• Experience implementing Source-to-Pay solutions such as Ariba, Coupa, Emptoris, Ivalua, Sievo, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and business analysis.

Nice to Have

• Other languages are a plus, preferably German, Italian, French and Mandarin
• Relevant consulting background.
• Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas, both verbally and in writing
• People Leadership skills required to work with a broad spectrum of experience levels, abilities, business levels and communication methods
