Job: Procurement Development Manager

Salary: £42K + Benefits 25 days + Bank + Share Scheme

Location: Hybrid working with travel to site 2 days [Guildford/Lincoln/Bristol/Southampton]

Support end to end procurement process with best in class supply chain and procurement practice. Covering Risk Assurance, Supplier Performance, Sustainable Procurement and Trade Compliance. Core Function:

Support a collaborative and dynamic team with systems governance, data insights and analytical work surrounding risk assurance, supplier performance, sustainable procurement and trade compliance implementing and supporting change in a cohesive and diplomatic manor avoiding and managing conflict with the many internal and external stakeholders of a truly global business.

Procurement experience from high risk or regulated environments would be an advantage and corporate procurement exposure would give you the right best in practice procurement mindset to support the existing team.

An understanding of end to end procurement is key! And an ability to allocate resource accordingly where the need is will be fundamental to achieving the wider goals of the organisation and have the desired impact in the role.

They operate within the defence industry but experience from other industry is welcome as long as you can show a good understanding and blend of Purchasing, Buying, Supply Chain and Procurement experience. Category Management and SRM experience will give you a competitive advantage in securing the position.
