Procurement Category Manager NPD (£65K)

I'm currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Category Manager NPD, with strong background in Automotive or Aerospace, to join a leading technology company who are at the forefront of the market focusing on a variety of markets such as battery and autonomous technology.

This role is paying up to £65k+ benefits (depending on experience) and is based in Hampshire, with flexible working from home.

Requirements:
* Must have experience a commercial background to support the bid process to project delivery
* Experience having led or been involved with developing a route to market strategy for the new product development to the market
* Ability to develop less experienced team members through the provision of direct and actionable feedback
* Able to work autonomously in a complex environment
* Strong stakeholder experience
