About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst to lead our Procurement Data & Management Information capability. This role will play a pivotal part in the mobilisation, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of our new eProcurement and contract management platforms, including Atamis and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) finance systems.
You will lead a small team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and insightful data analytics, reporting dashboards, and procurement performance metrics that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data and MI operations within the Procurement team, including oversight of reporting outputs and analytics capability.
Manage and support the implementation and mobilisation of eProcurement and contract management systems (e.g., Atamis).
Support integration and effective utilisation of Procure-to-Pay systems within procurement and finance processes.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and MI reporting to enable performance monitoring and provide commercial insight.
Present reports and analysis to senior stakeholders, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
Lead, develop and support a small team to build capability and deliver operational excellence.
Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, compliance, and system integrity.
Act as a champion for digital transformation within procurement, leveraging systems to drive efficiency and transparency.
About You
Essential:
Strong experience in procurement data analytics, procurement systems or P2P solutions
Experience with eProcurement tools (e.g., Atamis or similar)
Ability to lead and develop individuals (direct people management or mentoring experience)
Skilled in producing, analysing and presenting MI reports to stakeholders
Highly proficient in data tools (e.g., Excel, BI reporting tools, dashboards)
Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
Desirable:
Project or change-management experience in system mobilisation or digital transformation
Experience within a procurement function - public or private sector
Understanding of data governance and procurement compliance
