Role: Procurement Administrator

Client: Pet Care

Salary: £32,000 (plus benefits)

Location: Hybrid and 2 days per week in Norfolk

The Role:

As a Procurement Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Procurement Team. You'll ensure that supplier and purchasing processes run smoothly and efficiently, helping to deliver value and quality across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with purchase order raising, processing and invoice query resolution
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement activity
  • Supporting category managers with reporting, data analysis and tender administration
  • Supporting the procurement team with supplier onboarding, documentation and contract administration
  • Maintaining accurate records within procurement systems and databases

About you:

  • Experience in a procurement support role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and adept at picking up new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive team environment
