Pharmacovigilance Specialist - Remote Working

Pharmacovigilance Specialist required for an initial 3 month contract to provide professional Pharmacovigilance Service as part of a team supporting the design, development and ongoing commercialization of clients pharmaceutical and biological products.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of regulations and standards relating to the significantly revised 2010 EU Pharmacovigilance Legislation (implemented in 2012) which greatly increases the regulatory requirements for monitoring the safety of medicines in the EU by the official Marketing Authorisation Holder (MAH).

The role is located in Hull however, the client can offer remote working.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years Pharmacovigilance experience a must. Comprehensive understanding of the EC Pharmacovigilance regulations: 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 and other associate European legislation and standards, including the Good Pharmacovigilance Practice Modules.
• Life Sciences degree (Pharmacolgy, Medicinal Chemistry or Equivalent)
