€1Billion greenfield category role within Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) for a Global 500 Engineering services client.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to come into a greenfield environment as you'll be part of the development of the procurement and the Maintenance & Production Services category!

Current spend has been managed at site and plant level, but the objective of the role is to rationalise the €1B spend into a more formal category structure. Stakeholders will therefore be a mixture of plant, local, country and global level.

You will have complete visibility of spend and use the best-practice methods from more mature sites to help develop the whole function.

Person spec

• Educated to a Bsc and/or Master's degree level with a minimum of 7-8 years experience
• Demonstrable category management experience in Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) / production services;
• Experience of working in a large complex multi-country organisation and managing a global/continental scope
