Role: Junior Buyer (Graduate) - Raw Materials
Location: Amsterdam - 50% home office, with some global travel
Salary: Up to €50k + bonus

• Regional buying with assigned suppliers
  • Negotiate commercial, quality and service condition
  • Contribute to the Regional buying saving strategy
  • Support Planning team with suppliers monthly volume allocation and COT for service issues
• Supplier creation and Sourcing prospection
  • Collect information for creating new suppliers
  • Support the team in collating supplier samples, specifications, brochures, information and suggest some new products/solutions
• Supplier business reviews preparation and organization
  • Assist the team in data collection on supplier performance
  • Produce and maintain information on supplier non-conformance
  • Contribute to Business review meetings preparation
• Integrated Business Planning monthly reviews preparation
  • Work across the business to analyze demand
  • Support the team in analyzing IBP monthly plans vs Supplier budgets, commitments

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant commercial/procurement experience - perfect for a recent grad
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders and contract
• Fluent English
