Experienced Vwndor Manager required for an agile team based in central Hamburg. This business is open toapplications from those looking to relocate from within the EU and offers a collaborate and dynamic team environment.
Role Overview
Strategic responsibility for Vendor Management and outsourcing governance
Active role in strengthening resilience, compliance and service performance
Key Responsibilities
Own IT and business process outsourcing initiatives at national and international level
Implement and embed DORA requirements in operational Vendor Management processes
Ensure suppliers meet governance, security and regulatory standards
Identify and mitigate provider and contract risks, including cyber resilience and subcontracting
Optimise service delivery across quality, cost and demand; ensure SLAs and regulatory compliance
Provide transparent reporting on status, risks and provider performance, including information registers
Shape the supplier landscape through market screening, due diligence and contract conclusion
Drive innovation by developing source-to-pay processes and future-proof third-party risk management
Your Profile
Vocational training in banking or a degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable Vendor Management or outsourcing role
Strong knowledge of banking regulation, ideally MaRisk, EBA Guidelines and DORA
Assertive communicator with confidence in conflict situations
Structured, independent and hands-on working style with high quality standards
Strong stakeholder and supplier management focus
Very English language skills
