IT Professional Services Category Manager - £340 to £440 p/d

My client, a multi-national leader in manufacturing, are seeking a IT Professional Services Category Manager to join their team in Hertfordshire on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organasation, with a significant IT spend, who are currently undergoing a major IT Transformation Project.

This is a 5 month initial contract, with potential to extend, paying up to £440 per day. This role offers flexible working for up to 2 days per week.

The Role:

The IT Professional Services Category Manager will lead high-value negotiations of contract renewals and lead end to end RFPs.

You Will:

• Build effective relationships with stakehodlers at all levels
• Run RFPs end to end
• Renewal of a number of IT Professional Services Contracts
• Review the IT procurement process and develop the IT category

Requirements:

• 5 years experience within professional services
• Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple tenders simultaneously
• End to end experience of leading RFPs
