Role: IT Category Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE, plus attractive benefits package

Client: Major Utilities organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home and in Brighton

Opportunity for an IT Category Manager to join a fast-growing team, within a major Utilities company in South-East England. This organisation is currently undergoing huge transformation to make significant improvements to environmental performance, and driving aims to decarbonise the water industry by 2030.

You will influence and shape robust, IT Procurement and Supply Chain strategies, working closely with Director-level stakeholders to drive value and reduce cost.

This role offers a good blend of hands-on and strategic work; you will own a number of key categories and large spends, whilst overseeing the full category lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Strong IT Procurement experience.
• Knowledge of relevant supplier landscapes.
• Project management ability.
• Confident communicator and influencer at all levels.
• Prior experience within regulated environments.
