Rate: £565 p/d inside IR35

Position Overview: Join our Enterprise IT team to deliver cutting-edge technology for patient services. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East, Canada, Australia, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Business Analyst tasks throughout the lifecycle of critical IT projects.
• Collaborate with business partners to define requirements and support testing.
• Develop high-quality deliverables and documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Analyze operational services and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in strategic product planning and portfolio management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of Commercial, Patient Services, and related functions in Biotech.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IT software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and GxP projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
