Internal Audit Manager - £55K per annum with excellent benefits

A UK Leading organisation based near Nottingham is currently recruiting for an Internal Auditor to join their team.

The company has been running for over 30 years and has leading expertise in their field being voted as one of the best Commercial and Major Loss Specialists.

Role

The role is for an Internal Auditor who will be responsible for assessing an effective and consistent internal control environment is implemented across the business in order to drive forward the achievement of strategic and operational goals.

You will provide a broad exposure to and understanding of finance, operations, governance, risk and compliance.

Collate and review all financial reports from the franchise network

Conduct full audits at franchisee offices

Oversee and manage the internal compliance team with regard to audits of client contracts

Produce and manage an effective risk register for distribution to the board of directors

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

Strong commercial acumen

Good financial accounting and audit experience

Strong IT skills

Pragmatic and tenacious

Ability to travel nationally when required
