Interim Workday Solutions Analyst £63ph
Currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Interim Solutions Analyst, with a strong understanding of Workday and HR, to be a key part of a fast-paced team within a rapidly evolving, FTSE 100, Energy organisation.
This market-leading client is at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with true aims to become carbon neutral by 2005, and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy and the technology to support.
This is a full-time interim position until mid-December 2022, offering up to £63 per hour (umbrella, inside IR35), based 2 days in their office in South-East England and the rest from home.
This organisation is looking to transition their people into the Core Workday HR platform, using Workday's Recruiting module.
You will hold responsibility for WFA, Time and Absence domains. You will run all of the standard projects and activities, engage closely and successfully with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, you will liaise with technical and Reporting Teams to understand solution options and make recommendations.
This role will require a Solutioning Lead with design thinking to support the solution build in Workday and drive excellent customer experience.
- Strong, previous experience as a Solutions Analyst / Lead, with prior exposure to 2 or more large Workday solution projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into systems solution design.
- Project Management experience in Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working within a Global organisation.
