Interim Workday Business Analyst £65ph

An exciting opportunity for an Interim Business Analyst to join a wold-leading energy company, and provide crucial support on their HR systems and services.

This FTSE 100 company is currently at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with true aims to become carbon neutral by 2050 and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy and the cutting-edge technology to support.

This is a full-time, initial 6-month contract, offering up to £65 per hour (inside IR35, through umbrella), and with a hybrid approach to working from home and in the office.

The Role:

This role will be an integral part of the organisation's solutions team, central to their evolving technical landscape and supporting the innovation of HR technologies.

You will ensure you are up to date with the exciting new features and products offered by their SaaS providers, presenting improvement opportunities and making recommendations. You will participate in key user groups, benchmark systems against the market and promote innovative thinking.

• Design, build and support testing of Workday reports and create custom reports
• Create reports, dashboards, and scorecard specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate to maximise the value of HR systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure business requirements are developed and documented.
• Act as point of contact for business analysis activity.
• Work via Agile methodology.
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior strong reporting background, with excellent experience in Workday.
• Expert knowledge of Excel
• Strong understanding of data security.
• Ability to develop and execute metrics reports and data analytics.
• Agile methodology/ framework experience.
