Role: INTERIM Value Stream Design & Mobilisation Lead

Rate: £470 p/d (Inside IR35)

Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract

Location: London + Agile / Flex Working

An exciting opportunity to support the Risk IT function undertaking a programme of change focused on the adoption of AGILE working practices as part of a new Target Operating model. In support of the new target model, there is a need to design and implement Value Streams (and sub value streams).

Role:

• Design Value stream and Sub Value Streams for Risk IT organisation across Service lines
• Manage the setup of Value Stream/Sub Value Stream target operating model
• Managing the reporting of progress, dependencies, risks and Issues
• Responsible to the programme lead to deliver the outcomes
• Working with peers across Risk IT and Transformation and direct team members to resolve challenges

Experience:

• Expertise in design of Value Streams and Target Operating Models
• Knowledge of Financial Services institutional structure, products and internal processes
• Experience in the use and knowledge of Rally, JIRA and Clarity
• Experience of AGILE working practices
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders across the IT & Technology teams
