Interim Technical Project Manager - £400- £500 per day

I am working with an Authority in Central London, who are seeking a Technical Project Manager in ICT Services to lead a project to improve their Income Management System, ensuring compliance with PCI standards. This role is a 6-month contract, paying up to £400- £500 per day, inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring project control and rigour maintained throughout engagement
• Managing outsourced partners / contractors (Capita etc)
• Managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Managing high risk projects and ensuring quality vs time pressures
• Escalating to senior management where necessary to unblock issues / resource allocation
• Able to get up to speed quickly on technical matters
• Experience of income management systems, payment card processes and PCI DSS compliance requirements would be preferred.
