Interim Tech Commercial Manager - £500-550 per day (inside)

Currently recruiting an Interim Commercial Manager to join my client in the public sector in West Yorkshire, to support IT, Digital and Technology.

This role is a 5-6 month contract, paying up to £550 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), with flexibility around working from home.

Responsibilties:

• Carrying out supply market analysis
• Legislation and departmental policy, including value for money obligations
• Procurement project resource deployment and utilisation
• Execute the sourcing strategy
• Contract finalisation and award
• Contract and contract performance management
• Supplier relationship management
• Lead contract administration and contract closure

Requirements:

• Previous commercial experience in IT, Digital and Technology
• Strong, previous experience within a public sector environment
• Strong Business acumen and Leadership ability
• Knowledge of supplier relationship and industry engagement activities
• Knowledge of category management approaches, tools and techniques
• Understanding of financial analysis
• Understanding of commercial technology & analysis of data sets to manipulate and deliver MI and reporting
• MCIPS accreditation or equivalent experience
• IACCM Advanced Practitioner status or equivalent experience
