Interim Team Assistant £23ph

A fantastic Interim opportunity for a Team Assistant to provide key support to a FTSE 100 Energy Organisation's Carbon neutral ambitions, by handling schedules, diaries, invoicing and communication.

This is a 12-month contract, offering £23 per hour (umbrella, inside IR35), based working from home and in their offices in South-East England.

This world-leader is at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy solutions and the cutting-edge technology to support.

The Role:

As team Assistant, you will support a VP-level manager, sitting within sustainability. You will proactively handle the VP's schedule, ensuring that practical arrangements are in place, including agendas, meeting rooms and facilities.

You will manage and deal with invoices for the Team, manage events (both web-casts and off-site meetings), and co-ordinate any travel and logistics.

Acting as a conduit between a range of offices and leaders, you will maintain good working relationships with key contacts across the business.

You will take the lead in any onboarding arrangements for new entrants, including ordering any equipment, arranging any induction training and ensuring passes have been assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing diaries and events.
  • Strong attention to detail and adept at picking up new system and processes.
  • Ability to connect with key managers at all levels of an organisation.
  • Good prioritisation ability.
  • Experience in full Microsoft Office suite and ideally Procurement systems e.g. Ariba and SAP.
  • Advantageous would be experience within a large, global company previously.
