Role: Talent Procurement Manager

Rate: £565 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major Energy organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home and 3 days per week in South-East England

Duration: 12 months.

An Interim Talent Procurement Manager to join this FTSE 100 Energy organisation's Digital and Talent Procurement unit, which has a $bn spend portfolio.

This role will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, shaping robust category strategy and influencing partners. You will understand the changing needs of a diverse stakeholder group, to implement strategy.

Reporting into Senior Leadership, you will have project responsibilities, transform the procurement landscape, leverage market intelligence, and drive internal and external relationships.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Talent Procurement Categories, including HR, Professional Services, Travel, Meetings & Events, Real Estate and Design and Construction.
• Expertise in process and service outsourcing.
• Confident communicator and influencer with senior level stakeholders.
• Experience in transitioning processes to digital solutions.
• Global project leadership and prior experience in complex, matrix organisations.
