My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking business who are based across multiple sites on a global basis. They are currently seeking an experienced individual who has a strong background within Sustainability on a global basis, across Food, Non-Food and Packaging.The successful candidate will have the ability to operate effectively within a flexible, fast-paced, environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Sustainable Sourcing policies and Codes of Practice are fit for purpose, trained out and supported on relevant products
• Embedding sustainable sourcing practice through the above sourcing policies throughout the technical support teams
• Pursuing innovative projects - where appropriate - to ensure the business' external position on sustainability

Experience required:

• Knowledge of relevant networks and stakeholders in the field of sustainability, and used to representing an organisation at high-level meetings
• Demonstrable experience in the management of environmental, economic and social risks in supply chains
• Significant experience in sustainability/sustainable management
