Interim Source to Pay (S2P) Process Specialist - £400 to £460 per day

My client, a leading Oil & Gas company, based in Greater London, are currently seeking a Source to Pay Process Specialist to join their team on an interim basis and support the procurement strategies in transformation. This role is a 6 month contract, paying up to £460 per day, depending on experience, based in Greater London.

The role:

You will hold responsibility for procurement strategies, ensuring business requirements are filled and optimising value across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the relationship with the business, understanding requirements and maintaining a profile of the market and key suppliers
  • Establish and communicate strategic direction and market sector strategies, as well as carrying out strategic sourcing
  • Develop measures and monitor annual performance and resource plans
  • Evaluate supplier proposal pricing and develop flexible contractual pricing models
  • Carry out contract cost management and risk assessment
  • Support the deployment of the purchase to pay solution
  • Manage supplier relationships and develop performance management strategies
  • Drive continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience of data extraction and transformation from Ariba, Salesforce, MDG, Fiori and Celonis
  • Strong experience in category management/ sourcing
  • Relevant experience in Continuous improvement
  • The ability to clearly understand and define business performance indicators and utilise this information effectively
  • Review requirements, document them and assess availability of data in ERP Systems
  • Experience extracting, transforming and automating data in Power BI and relevant systems
  • Excellent articulation skills
