The Opportunity

Senior Interim Procurement & Supply Chain lead
c£650/day (Inside IR35) | Immediate start
Minimal travel: 1 day/month in London
High-profile role within a procurement and supply chain function which is undergoing transformation

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a team of procurement professionals to deliver best-in-class performance
Drive end-to-end procurement across complex property and investment programmes
Shape and execute sourcing strategies, tenders, and commercial plans
Optimise supply chain performance, delivering cost savings and value for money
Act as a key partner to operational, technical, and commercial stakeholders
Build strong supplier relationships and lead critical negotiations
Ensure full compliance with procurement legislation and internal governance
Proactively manage risk, performance, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

Proven senior procurement leadership experience in complex environments
Deep knowledge of Public Contracts Regulations & Procurement Act 2023 - this is a MUST HAVE
JCT and NEC knowledge
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering savings and value
Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
Experience in property, construction, or housing sectors (advantageous)
Skilled in sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance
MCIPS (or working towards) desirable
