Interim Senior Lawyer - London - £600-£800 p/d

One of the world's largest and most innovative chemical and sustainable technologies companies has an urgent requirement for a Senior Interim CAPEX Lawyer to advise on a wide range of domestic and international commercial matters related to a major construction project.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years' legal experience in Blue-Chip matrix environment.
• Strong drafting skills and experience in preparing and negotiating legal agreements within the construction industry.
• Extensive experience with standard legal CAPEX/Construction industry forms (JCT, IChemE, NEC) is essential.
• The ability to engage with a diverse stakeholder group up to C-Suite level.
