An Interim Senior HR Specialist at £330-365p/d is required for a global pharma company based in Greater London. A 9-month contract, this is an exciting opportunity within HR Operations for a candidate with a strong background in HR who is looking to develop their HR experience within a global, diverse and fast-paced function.

Role:

• Interim Senior HR Specialist - Greater London
• You will support the EMEA HR Operations team in managing the review of HR operations for 25 different countries.
• You will be participating in the management and documentation of end-to-end employee lifecycle HR processes including New Hire, on-boarding HRIS transactions, and Employee Records oversight.
• You will analyse key performance data to drive operations improvement in the function and streamline processes
• You will be accountable for audit controls, data integrity and providing resolution to complicated or challenging issues within the business.

Required Skills:

• European remit HR operations experience
• Strong HR experience
• Good understanding of legislation/employment law
• A Degree is desirable (pref. in HR/Business)
• Experience in a Pharmaceutical/Healthcare company is desirable
