One of my key clients, a world leading pharmaceutical organisation, are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This is for an initial 12-month period, paying between £450 - £550 per day based in Central London.

Key responsibilities:

• Build strong network and relationships across all areas of Finance (in-country team; Controllership, FSS, Tax & Treasury) and across the business, to enable delivery of team objectives.
• Responsible for the preparation of Corporate Tax accounting, including transfer pricing workbooks and preparing and reviewing elements of the Corporate Tax computation
• Responsible for the preparation of the annual PAYE Settlement Agreement and supporting the project to transfer relocation benefits to the payroll
• Support on other general tax matters including SAO controls and VAT matters.

Required experience:

• ACA or equivalent, minimum 5 years post qualification experience
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience
• Strong academics, 2:1 or higher
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech would be highly favoured
• Strong knowledge on UK taxation and compliance, especially corporation Tax.
