Interim Senior Business Analyst, up to £500 per day 8 to 12 months contract length

Opportunity to work within a large public sector body based in Croydon going through a business transformation, Working alongside a mature IT function to implement SIAM and ITIL methodologies.

Role:

• Works with service teams to high-level requirements and business needs.
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
• Manages stakeholder relationships with internal business partner to drive satisfaction with IT.
• Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
• Obtaining key inputs and data from architecture teams whilst also identifies solution interdependencies.
• Proactively resolves internal and external stakeholder satisfaction issues.

MUST HAVES:

• Understanding of SIAM or ITIL
• SC level clearance
• Experience of delivering change to a IT Service Organisation
