Interim Salesforce Technical Specialist £485pd

An exciting interim opportunity for a Salesforce Technical Specialist to join a FTSE 100 leader in FMCG, and create detailed solutions designs, Proof of Concepts and build Salesforce solutions.

A contract until the end of June 2023, offering up to £485 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), with a hybrid approach to working form home and in London.

The Role

As Customer Salesforce Technical Specialist you will create low-level Salesforce designs for ongoing projects and interpret key business requirements, to deliver Proof of Concept solutions, which drive required business outcomes.

Working closely with Salesforce Solution Architects, you will ensure solution designs are aligned to company reference architecture. You will implement the defined Salesforce architecture, working closely with the service provider developer teams.

Acting as a key point of contact, you will ensure that all parties understand detailed designs, and incorporate innovations into recommendations to shape the technology roadmap. You will identify and mitigate any risks and issues.

Requirements:

• 5 years' + experience in Salesforce technical design and development.
• Strong architecture experience with web or portal solutions.
• Excellent, broad working knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Integration and Chat.
• Experience applying Salesforce best practice solution approaches, and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce limits.
• Ability to design automation solutions up to a high volume.
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design and SOLID Principles.
• Javascript and Lightening Web Components experience.
• VSCode, Salesforce CLI and experience working with Source Control tools.
• Understanding of Scratch Orgs, release automation, batched and streaming integration.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders up to a senior level.
• Prior experience within a large, global company, and experience with CRM digital channels and customer engagement.
