Interim Sales Contracts Specialist required to join the Global Contract Operations team at a market leading FTSE 100 Technology organisation based in London. You will deliver an effective operational contract service to the various business units, ensuring relevant policies, processes and risk management strategies are fully implemented

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for contract requirements relating to the sale of products and services to our partner network (customers) including NDA's etc
• Negotiate customer agreements for multiple service offerings across business units utilising standard frameworks wherever possible
• Develop and/or adjust contractual templates for the introduction of new services.
• Lead on related negotiations with key customers to ensure the companies legal position on important clauses is preserved and standard frameworks respected.
• Challenge all aspects of the contractual framework to ensure contracts can be implemented effectively (operationalised)

You must be able to demonstrate the following;

• Experience of a busy service delivery style environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Previous commercial/legal/contracts experience
• Educated to degree level (law degree or post grad qualification)
• Experience working in a complex global or multisite FTSE100/FTSE250
• Ability to co-ordinate cross functional teams to an agreed outcome

Location: London

Rate: £350 - £450 per day

Duration: initial 2 months
