Interim S2C Scrum Master £441pd REMOTE

An excellent opportunity for a seasoned Scrum Master, with experience in S2P and S2C processes and systems, to join a world-leader in Energy, to drive true efficiency and improvement in Procurement operations.

This company is at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with aims for carbon neutrality by 2050, and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy and the cutting-edge technology to support.

This is a 12-month contract, offering up to £441 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), based remotely, with occasional visits to the office in South-East England.

The Role:

As Scrum Master in S2P, you'll sit in a team dedicated to streamlining and improving Procurement operations, from contracts through to payment of invoices.

This will be a senior, commercial-facing role, working across a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team to lead the Scrum Team and manage daily duties.

You will oversee and maintain the product backlog, project tasks and manage sprint in Azure DevOps. You will organise and facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, spring planning and retrospective reviews.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master, seasoned and the confidence to coach more junior members of the team.
• Good understanding of S2P and S2C processes and tooling, including Ariba P2P, contracting modules and ADO experience.
• Excellent skills of communications across levels.
• Prior experience within global, matrix companies.
• Experience using Azure DevOps as an Agile planning tool.
• A background of working in a project, Programme, Delivery or Service Manager capacity.
