One of the worlds largest and most recognisable insurance providers has an urgent requirement for an Interim Rewards Specialist to join their function.
This is an initial 6-month contract running through until the end of the year offering up to £650 p/d inside IR35 along with majority home working.
The client is looking for a candidate with broad experience across all aspects of HR rewards particularly within large multi-national businesses.
You will assist in drafting of the DRR, Group RemCo deliverables (including working with FP&A) and support with the compensation arrangements of our Group Executive Committee who are based in the UK and Hong Kong.
This is a typical role in other large FS regulated firms. We are looking for someone who is both analytical but has experience of drafting Board level papers, and if possible, can contribute to initial thinking on reward architecture.
