Interim Recruiter - £415pd

A dynamic, FTSE 100 market-leader, undergoing huge corporate change, are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter, with some Financial Services industry background, to join them in an exciting interim role responsible for end-to-end recruitment. My client is looking to completely reinvent themselves, with a massive drive on sustainability and long-term aims to become truly carbon neutral, moving away from traditional Oil and Gas production.

This role is an initial contract to the end of the year, paying up to £415 per day (inside IR35, through Umbrella). It offers flexibility around working from home and in their offices in London.

The role:

You will hold responsibility for end-to-end recruitment, across c.25 requisitions simultaneously.

Requirements:

- Industry experience in Financial Services, across Trading or Banking.

- Experience hiring within Financial Services across relevant commodities, e.g. gas, power, Liquified Natural Gas.

- Some experience in Analytics ideal

- Ideally experience in Workday / Hirevue
