Interim Talent Engagement Manager

Rate: £260 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: FTSE 100 FMCG organisation

Location: Hybrid, 2 days on site in London

Duration: ASAP to end of June

A globally recognised consumer brand is embarking on one of its most ambitious commercial transformation programmes in Europe and are looking for an Interim Talent Engagement Manager to drive this.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead on a Landmark Commercial Hiring Transformation programme, supporting a high-profile, market-shaping hiring campaign.

Responsibilities:

• You will lead delivery for a flagship commercial transformation programme now live across the UK; the highest priority project in Europe for the business.
• Support the fast-paced, volume hiring of over 90 Commercial professionals, across 3 hiring waves.
• Own a large-scale recruitment campaign, focused on building high-performing field sales and account executive teams who will drive growth, increase customer coverage, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools.
• Hire customer-facing, junior Commercial talent, across Sales and Account Executive skillsets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
• Confident running assessment centres
• Strong Commercial hiring ability
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced, high visibility environment, recruiting FMCG or customer-focused environments
