Interim Real Estate Risk Manager £522pd

A fantastic Interim opportunity for a Risk Manager to join an FMCG world-leader, as part of their Global Head Office function, in a strategic role to completely pivot their Risk review.

This is a 6-month contract, offering up to £522 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), based working from home, with occasional visits to their office in either London or Scotland for key meetings.

The Role:

As Risk Manager, you will sit in this FTSE 100 organisation's Global Head Office Team, who are responsible across acquisition, rent, services, catering, security, maintenance and workplace experience.

You will look at how Risk is reviewed in this function and move from a traditional to a sustainable model for Risk Review.

This will be a project-based role - with support from SMEs, the core team and the Supply Team, you will track workstreams, get any updates, engage effectively with Workstream Owners and Risk functions.

You will be required to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the business, carry out reporting, as well as presentation of results and the programme.

Requirements:

• Strong Risk Management experience.
• Experience with global Change Programmes.
• Able to engage with, coach and influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Prior exposure to global, complex, matrix organisations.
• Ideally, experience within CRES, or an understanding of the risks around operating a building (Health and Safety, CAPEX, and meeting quality, time and budget expectations).
