Your duties will include ensuring the financial position of the construction project is accurately reported and controlled effectively, as well as managing contractual relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manager commercial resources to maximise margin thought the placement of subcontractor contracts
• Sub contract support
• General Support to the senior QS
• Measure and price onsite for any employee variations
• Measurement of preliminaries
• Measurement of sub contractors
• Delivery tickets
• Cost reports

Requirements:

• RICS or MRICS qualified
• Demonstrable experience of managing high profile projects
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to work autonomously
