One of the worlds largest and most innovative sustainable technology firms has an urgent requirement for an Interim Project Communications Co-ordinator to join a hybrid working roll out program.
This is a 12-month interim contract offering up to £28 p/h for a candidate to primarily work from home with a base in Watford.
Please include specific internal and external relationships, product focus (if any), regulatory requirements, etc.
Supporting the Strategic Projects Director to CEO and the Change Manager to successfully deliver the hybrid working program.
Ability to work with various time zones liaising with project team and wider stakeholders to deliver the communications plan, manage the communications channels and provide general project support as required.
Drafting of global and local communications in line with the communication and engagement plan
Creating written, video and audio communications and engagement resources
Coordinate delivery of the comms & engagement of local, regional and global activities
Searching for, compiling and sharing "new ways of working" best practice and case studies
Channel engagement reporting
Support planning and preparation for ExCo franchise and functional leadership meeting presentations & virtual tour
3-5 years communications writing and delivery experience (preferrably global & local communications)
Experienced in working as part of a project delivery team
Real estate and/or facilities experience would be an advantage
