Interim Programme Manager - Neurodiversity £664pd

An unmatched opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to join my FTSE 100 client and champion their entire Neurodiversity strategy, on company-wide, global basis.

It's an incredibly exciting time to join this market-leader, who are currently undergoing huge, corporate transformation and are at the forefront of their field in terms of sustainability, with aims to become carbon neutral by 2050. As part of this reinvention, they are looking to truly drive diversity, with investments of 1bn in the space.

This role is an initial contract to the end of March 2022, to support a 2-year programme, and with strong scope for extension or future permanency.

It is a full-time role, offering £83 per hour / £664 per day (inside IR35, through Umbrella) and is remote based, with the requirement to visit stakeholders primarily located in the South-East of England as needed.

The Role:

A fully end-to-end role, where you will champion my client's Neurodiversity Programme globally, particularly focusing on initiatives for improved retention, hiring and effective work assessment policies for neurodiverse talent.

You will be the Subject Matter Expert and Point of Contact on Neurodiversity, supporting on Think Tanks, trainings, and education, as well as providing crucial support on the creation of a Centre of Excellence for neurodiversity.

You will ensure that sponsors, neurodiverse teams and key, senior stakeholders are engaged in a transparent way and work across functions to identify and improve business processes.

Requirements:

- Previous, strong experience having responsibility for or implementing a Neurodiversity Programme, company-wide.

- Excellent end-to-end Programme / Project Management experience.

- Ideally, previous exposure to a large, global company.

- Expert level knowledge of Neurodiversity, with the ability to educate and share knowledge in the space.

- The ability to engage with and manage stakeholders up to C-suite level and effect Change.
