Interim Procurement Manager - Direct Pharma £560pd

Role: Interim Procurement Manager - External Manufacturing Procurement

Rate: £560 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Global, FTSE 100 Pharma

Location: Working from home and 2-3 days per week in London

Duration: 6 months

Excellent Interim opportunity to join a market-leading Pharmaceuticals organisation, as part of the team who manage all External Manufacturing CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organisations) for their products.

Reporting into the Category Director, this role will be assigned specific projects, with responsibility for liaising and negotiating directly with the relevant CMOs.

You will gather requirements from key stakeholders and suppliers, carry out bench-marking, building Market Intelligence and analytics. You will pull together RFPs and drive ongoing contract management and Supplier Performance Management.

Requirements:

• Strong, hands-on Procurement experience.
• Prior background in Pharmaceutical organisations.
• Analytical, Market Intelligence and Bench-marking Capability.
• Track record and comfortable liaising with Suppliers and CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organisations).
