Interim Procurement Lead - Professional Services (£400 per day inside)

My client, a leader in the Oil & Gas industry, are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Interim Procurement Lead in Professional Services, to play a key role in shaping the Professional Services categories. This role is an intial 11-month contract, paying up to £400 (Umbrella PAYE), based in Middlesex.

Responsibilties:

• Support the delivery of business and functional strategies
• Develop and manage relationships with key, high-level stakeholders across functions and regions
• Develop and hold responsibility for the Professional Services Category
• Awareness of changes in the marketplace and evaluate any risks or opportunities
• Engage with the supply market and drive transformation
• Promote an agile way of thinking
• Develop an effective supplier mananagement aproach

Requirements:

• Strong, demonstrable experience in Procurement and Category Management across the Professional Services Supply Market
• Experience of working globally, across cultures
• Ability to engage and influence across all levels of the organsation
• Ability to carry out Category Spend Profiling and Cost Modelling
• Strong skills of Stakeholder Management
