• The successful applicant will need to establish credibility with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and have the required strategic, planning and performance skills to support the delivery of the Projects.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate a track record of success in delivering successful construction projects within complex environments.

Experience

• You will need to demonstrate sound and recent Construction Procurement experience
• You will have recent and relevant Public Sector Procurement experience
• Previous experience gained with the NHS is highly desirable
• You will demonstrate deep commercial contract management experience relating to Construction Projects
