Interim Portfolio Manager - Transformation £460 per day (inside)

My client, a world leader in the Oil and Gas industry, is currently seeking a Porfolio Manager, for Procurement and Transformation. This role will support significant tranformation projects in the portfolio around risk, deployments, S2P and sustain intiatives.

This role is an intiial 6-month contract, paying between £400 and £460 (DOE), based in Middlesex

You will work with management to successfully set and deliver criteria, by:

• Ensuring projects and intiatives are managed to scope
• Scheduling and tracking plan reporting
• Ensuring sucessful and on-time delivery of projects and initiatives
• Driving cross-functional integration
• Effectively managing resources
• Managing change and mitigating risk
• Capturing and applying any lessons learned
• Ensuring business readiness

Requirements:

• Strong, demonstrable leadership skills
• Experience co-ordinating global portfolios end-to-end
• Experience working with teams across geographies
• Demonstrable ability to manage projects and deliver within scope, schedule and budget
• Understanding and experience of Change Management methodologies
• Risk analysis and mitigation
• The ability to effectively engage with stakeholder across levels and functions
