Our client, a global leader in the Financial Services market seeks to recruit a Outsourcing Programme Manager to support a major first generation outsourcing programme.

This is an interim 6-month initial contract offering up to £1000 p/d inside IR35 running up to 18-months. 95% remote working some travel to central London required.

Role:

You will be leading a pod of 4 focused on this major outsourcing technology and people change of up to 1000 people. You will need in depth large scale first generation outsourcing experience within major international business as well as project management and stakeholder engagement skillsets to fulfil this role.

Experience:

• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing implementation, ideally in the Procurement world and at a global or regional scale.
• Significant procurement expertise
• Experience in Change Management Processes
• Extensive stakeholder management
• Experience of full change lifecycle
