Role: Outsourcing Procurement Lead

Rate: £800 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: FTSE 100, Global, Banking

Duration: To end of 2023

Location: Hybrid working from home and 1 day per week in London.

An Outsourcing Procurement Lead to support this leading organisation's Global Outsourcing transformation. This is a 1st Generation Outsourcing piece and will also involve the transfer of platforms and technology.

This £multi-million Change will encompass hundreds of heads to be outsourced, with a Global reach, and will span people, HR, Legal, Technology and IT.

You will provide strategic support to senior level stakeholders by planning, monitoring and managing the Outsourcing Procurement projects end-to-end.

You will lead the planning, resourcing, supply and contract management, reporting, and people management, to drive high-quality and cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements:

• On-the-ground experience with multiple 1st Generation Outsourcing projects, including Commercials, HR, Technology, Legal.
• Experience within large-scale Financial Services organisations.
• Strategic, Procurement Professional.
• Confident communicator with Senior Leadership level stakeholders.
