Interim Order Support £17.30ph

An exciting interim opportunity to provide key Order Support to a FTSE 100 FMCG company, for their order fulfilment and global shipments.

This full-time opportunity is running until February 2023, offering up to £17.30 per hour (umbrella, inside IR35), primarily working from home and in Glasgow once per week.

The Role:

The Order Support role will sit in a team responsible for global shipments across Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe. You will support with the accurate preparation of documents, execution of orders, liaising with carriers and the Shipping Team to ensure availability of stock on time.

You will support on documentation for legal requirements and any ad-hoc tasks, as required.

Requirements:

• Any logistics, export-related or customer services experience would be advantageous.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with carriers and Shipping Teams.
• Adept at picking up new systems; advantageous would be any experience with Supply Chain Systems, ideally SAP.
• Ability to prepare and collate order documentation.
