Interim NSI Commercial Lead - £650 to £750 per day

My prestigious public sector client is seeking an Interim Network Services Integration Commercial Lead. This role is a 6 month contract based in London, paying up to £750 per day, depending on experience.

The successful candidate must be SC cleared

Key responsibilities:

• Execute agreed procurement strategy and go to market approach
• Lead on commercial matters as required
• Manage supplier engagement
• Draft all ITT, Evaluation and Contract documentation
• Lead the evaluation process up to and including contract recommendation
• Obtain internal/external approvals
• Ensure compliance with legal and policy obligations
• Establish a clear audit trail and filing of documents according to retention policies
• Preparation of detailed contract education packs and commercial playbooks
• Maintain RAID for commercial related matters affecting the NSI procurement
• Preparation of reports and attendance at formal and informal governance meetings
• Develop effective stakeholder relaitonships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrable public sector procurement experience
• Experience working on IT/Networking an Infrastructure Programmes
• Good commercial acumen
• Comfortable working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Awareness of ITIL (preferred)
• MCIPS (preferred)
• Current valid Security Clearance
