Role: Interim Procurement Manager - Marketing Services

Rate: £650 inside IR35

Location: Bristol, Halifax, or Edinburgh

Contract Length: End of 2023 likely extension

Client: FTSE 100 Bank

Our client is looking for a marketing procurement specialist with experience working in the sponsorship subcategory managing relationships with charity and not-for-profit organizations with a heavy SRM focus.

• The role is supporting any contracts, third-party engagement with charity partners, sponsorship arrangements, and responsible business-type activity.
• Agreements in place with major charities for various projects such as referring customers for support if they need it
• Working with the current charity of the year towards a Christmas campaign
• Also, work with the Citizens Advice Bureau- identifying vulnerable customers and assisting them
• The buying done in this space is about getting the best deal, but most importantly about relationships. you will have to negotiate contracts, but the emphasis isn't on delivering savings- it's getting the right support for customers or services for money we are prepared to spend.
• Need someone who will come into the role and be sensitive.
• Someone who has worked in buying but has had engagement with charities.
