A great opportunity for an interim Marketing Operations Specialist to join a world-leader in Energy and provide crucial support in the growth of their Electric Vehicle Charging business.

This client is at the forefront of their field in terms of sustainability, with aims to become carbon neutral by 2050, and huge amount of investment going into sustainable energy and the cutting-edge technology to support these objectives.

This is a 12-month contract, offering up to £430 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), with a split approach to working from home and in Buckinghamshire.

The Role:

As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will lead the implementation of Marketing support activities for Electrical Vehicle (EV) offers across countries, as well as the implementation of communication and marketing activities to drive the utilisation of charging facilities.

You will work directly with project implementation teams per country to co-ordinate execution of the marketing activities and carry out localisation of global brand assets across communication channels. Owning the digital assets maintenance, you will ensure utilisation and maintenance for all relevant campaigns.

You will carry out Market Intelligence gathering, including market trends, customer and fleet requirements, and loyalty.

Working closely with members of Brand, Communications and Loyalty Teams at all levels, you will define effective messaging for the EV target audiences.


  • 5 years'+ experience in Marketing and Communications activation, with both B2B and B2C experience.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Strong experience across channels, including ATL, digital, and POS.
  • Confident working with agencies.
  • Excellent networking and communications skills.
  • Retail marketing background across categories.
  • Ability to generate and apply meaningful consumer / customer insights.
