Job Overview:

• Inbound transportation project completion including Implementation of carrier changes in the network
• EDO Central Eastern Europe & German RDC implementation & 3PL partner management
• Secure transportation optimization in inbound flows with CBMS
• Business performance management with plants and carriers

Specifics:

• Maintenance of strategic approach to transport medicinal products to other sites and customers, focusing on sea freight for overseas markets
• Management of key local + global stakeholders
• Act as key point of contact for manufacturing units
• Review and manage KPI's and Business Performance
• Support sites to maintain master data in SAP systems (inc. Incoterms)
• Maintain a global cost to support the plants, BD teams and GMS function to evaluate end-to-end cost.
• Deploy SOP's on transportation and risk mitigation plans
• Sourcing + Contract Management of Transport Suppliers

Required Experience + Education:

• Degree Educated (Supply Chain/Business Management pref.)
• Advanced SAP skills
• Knowledge of European 3PL market
• 2-3 years of Supply Chain management experience in distribution/transportation
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical Industry from business perspective
